Canonical Supporting Ubuntu On Public Clouds
Canonical is bringing technical support, management tools, and legal cover to enterprises running Ubuntu Server in the public cloud. Those capabilities, and more, apparently arrive with the new Ubuntu Advantage Cloud Guest service. Read more here
Ubuntu One upgraded to 5GB free storage
If you are an Ubuntu user, however, there is the option of using Ubuntu One which until yesterday gave you 2GB of free storage matching that offered by Dropbox. But Canonical is celebrating reaching 1 million users on the service and so has decided to update the name and storage limits on offer. Read more here
